Getting Started – Be Prepared
Begin gathering the documentation we will need to process your loan. The basic items we will need include the following:

• Most recent 30 days worth of pay stubs
• Last 2 years W2s (last 2 years tax returns if self employed)
• Last 2 months of bank statements
• Copies of your driver's license and Social Security #
• Copy of recent mortgage statement (if you are refinancing)
• Name and number of your real estate attorney
• Copy of Homeowners Insurance Declarations Page or contact information of your agent
